Major activities will include:
-Coordinating and preparing project work plans, estimates, budgets and schedules.
-Interaction with various Engineering disciplines and clients.
- Updating of project PERT at regular intervals.
- Identification of critical activities
- Follow-up with Engineering & Procurement groups for achievements of targets.
- Preparation of progress reports, evaluating trends and predicting their effect on project progress.
- Monitor inspection schedules
- Tracking of contractors submittals
- Coordinating Review meetings.
- MIS reports
